To ensure that all the sessions run smoothly,
Oral presenters are kindly requested to read the following instructions:

Invited presentations

The time attributed to each invited presentation is 30 minutes. This includes 5 min for questions. All technical material will be presented with a digital projector and a PC. We kindly ask you to load your file onto the presentation computers prior to the beginning of the session in which you are to present. Kindly contact your Session Chair to provide him or her with some of your biographical information which can be used during the introduction of your talk.

 

Oral presentations

The time attributed to each oral presentation is 15 minutes. This includes 3 min for questions and switching to the next presenter. All technical material will be presented with a digital projector and a PC. We kindly ask you to load your file onto the presentation computers prior to the beginning of the session in which you are to present. Speakers should introduce themselves to the session chairman/chairwoman during the break before the start of their oral session.

Timing will be strict, and session chairs will be requested to stop speakers exceeding the 15-minute presentation slot.

No personal computers will be allowed.

PowerPoint or Adobe PDF are the accepted presentation formats. Presentations must be submitted on a USB stick at the Speaker Check-In Desk during the designated hours to ensure your talk is accompanied by slides.

 

Posters can be hung in the morning of the programmed day

Must be taken down at the end of the poster session. Details about the room will be provided in the venue.
The maximum size of the poster is 84 cm width x 120 cm eight (A0 size).
PowerPoint or Adobe PDF are the accepted presentation formats.
